Why Corewatch exists
Building platforms are built by software companies. That’s the problem.
Most building management systems are designed in an office by people who have never pulled wire, terminated a panel, or taken the 2 AM call when a walk-in cooler starts climbing. The software assumes the field will sort itself out. It doesn’t.
Corewatch comes from the other direction. It was engineered by a team that installs, commissions, and services commercial buildings for a living — so the platform is built around how buildings actually get built, turned over, and run. Every dashboard, alarm, and sequence exists because someone in the field needed it, not because it looked good in a product roadmap.

Ironcore Technologies
Builds and operates the Corewatch platform: controls integration, dashboards, automation, monitoring, and the recurring support desk behind every agreement. Self-hosted infrastructure, operated in-house.
Field & installation
Anvil Edge Electric
A licensed commercial electrical contractor handling the physical layer — controllers, sensors, metering, gateways, and network — installed to spec and to code, then commissioned point-by-point into Corewatch.

Self-hosted platform, contract-defined retention, documented API. The hardware on the wall is yours from day one, and your data exports whenever you want it.
No finger-pointing
Software issue or field issue, it’s the same team. There is no integrator to blame, no vendor triangle, no “that’s not our scope.”
Standard protocols, no lock-in
BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, and open APIs. We earn the renewal on service, not on making it painful to leave.
Field-first engineering
