Support plans

Turnover isn’t the finish line.

Every Corewatch building runs under a recurring service agreement. Three tiers, scoped to the building — from hosted monitoring to a full operational partnership with dispatched field response.

Tier 1

Monitor

The baseline every Corewatch building runs on. The platform stays up, the data keeps flowing, and alarms reach your people.

  • Platform hosting and maintenance
  • Data collection and history retention
  • Alarm delivery — email, SMS, Teams
  • Device and gateway offline detection
  • Quarterly system health report
  • Business-hours support desk

Tier 2

Manage

Ironcore works the system so your team doesn’t have to. Changes, tuning, and diagnostics handled remotely, with priority response when something trips.

  • Everything in Monitor
  • Remote diagnostics on alarms
  • Schedule, setpoint, and sequence changes
  • Dashboard and report revisions
  • Priority alarm response
  • Monthly operations review

Tier 3

Operate

A full operational partnership. Ironcore watches the portfolio around the clock and Anvil Edge rolls a truck when the fix needs hands.

  • Everything in Manage
  • 24/7 monitoring desk
  • Dispatched field response via Anvil Edge
  • Energy optimization program
  • Portfolio-level reporting
  • Named account engineer

Pricing is scoped to the building — point count, equipment, and response requirements set the number. A site walkthrough is enough to quote it.

How it works

What a service agreement actually buys you.

One number to call

Controls issue, sensor down, dashboard question, billing report — same team, same contract. No integrator hand-offs, no “that’s not our scope.”

Software and field under one roof

When a fix needs a screwdriver instead of a keyboard, the ticket moves to a licensed Anvil Edge crew — not to a third party you’ve never met.

The system stays tuned

Buildings drift — schedules go stale, setpoints creep, sensors fail quietly. A standing agreement means someone is paid to notice before the utility bill does.

Terms that scale with the portfolio

Start with one building, add sites under the same master agreement. Multi-site owners get portfolio reporting and consolidated invoicing.

Questions

Asked before you ask.

Do we have to be the ones who built your building?

No. Corewatch installs into existing buildings as a retrofit — Anvil Edge crews handle the field work either way. New construction just means we design it in from day one instead of working around finished walls.

What happens to our existing controls?

Most stay. Corewatch integrates with the equipment and controllers already on the wall over standard protocols. We replace hardware when it’s dead or proprietary-locked, not because it isn’t ours.

Where does our data live?

On infrastructure Ironcore operates and controls — not a third-party public cloud subscription. Retention and access are contract terms you set, and a documented API means you can pull your data out whenever you want.

Can our own facilities team make changes?

Yes. Role-based access means your team gets whatever control you want them to have — from view-only dashboards to full schedule and setpoint authority. Every change is logged either way.

What if we cancel?

The installed hardware is yours — it was from the day it went on the wall. Your data exports with you. No hostage situations; the agreement earns its renewal or it doesn’t.
